1) Why I can’t see any Moster on list?

<p text-lg mb-4> When you search for a Moster, you should be able to see a list of Mosters for the selected service. </p> <p text-lg mb-4> However, if you are <span font-900>not able to see</span> any Moster on the list, it is because there is <span font-900>no available</span> Moster at the moment in the area. Mosters have the flexibility to set their availability based on schedule, work area and hourly rates. </p> <p text-lg mb-4> If you experience this situation, please try to change the <span font-900>Filters</span> that are located in the top right corner. By changing filters for a specific date, time and hourly rate you could be able to find available Moster. If applying new filters doesn’t help you find a Moster, unfortunately then there isn’t an available Moster for chosen service based on applied filters. </p>

2) How far in advance I can book a Moster?

<p text-lg mb-4> You can book a Moster up to <span font-900>7 days in advance</span> using our MostApp application (available on AppStore and Google Play Store). </p>

3) How do I pay a Moster for a job?

<p text-lg mb-4> After Moster finishes his job you will receive an invoice via e-mail. Your payment will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card within 24 hours after receiving an invoice. </p> <p text-lg mb-4> After your credit or debit card expires, you can add a new one in the MostApp application. </p> <p text-lg mb-4> <span font-900>Important:</span> Moster should not request you any additional payment outside the MostApp service. MostApp is a platform service where all the payments are done via credit or debit cards. We are not responsible and we don’t approve any kind of additional payment for the Moster’s job outside the defined service. If you are requested or charged any additional payment off-platform, please contact our Customer Support. </p>

4) What's the Cancellation Policy?

<p text-lg mb-4> The Cancellation Policy is defined to protect Moster’s and Service user’s time. If you cancel an already confirmed task within <span font-900 >24 hours of its scheduled time, you may be charged a one-hour cancellation fee</span > based on the Moster’s hourly rate. Mosters are scheduling and setting time for all the services needed to be done on that day and we want to protect and save their time by securing tasks. </p>

5) Are Mosters undergo ID and criminal background check?

<p text-lg mb-4> Most Application LTD Belgrade as a third-party and service provider <span font-900 >requests from all Mosters a valid ID document and check Moster’s criminal background.</span > Before being able to schedule and provide service Mosters must be approved from our side so that they can provide defined services on our platform. </p> <p text-lg mb-4> We are open to cooperation with all state authorities working on suppressing criminal activities in our country and worldwide. </p>

6) Are Mosters licensed?

<p text-lg mb-4> Mosters that provide services on our platform come from a variety of backgrounds, including people that have spare time and want to work additionally besides their main jobs. Some of our Mosters are licensed and some of them are not. On MostApp you can find young professionals, students, stay-at-home parents, experienced elderly people and more. That’s what MostApp is all about, having different kinds of people for different kinds of services! We are a bridge between those who want to finish something at their home and the ones that have the time and knowledge to do that kind of task. </p> <p text-lg mb-4> If you have a specific request, please contact our Customer Support. </p>
